Pharmaceutical companies need to consider that packaging of the innovative dosing device with the medicine itself without increasing the cost.
2Workshop on Challenges for accessibility to pediatric Medicines in India conducted during 2024.PMHI eventPradeep Behera spoke on formulation challenges for paediatrics, Dr. Sridhar shared experiences from his clinical practice and Mr. Vipul Desai from Blue Circle Foundation on juvenile diabetes foundation spoke about hurdles for accessing insulin therapy for children.
3Workshop on Administration Devices for Oral and Respiratory Medicines for Children in Low Resource SettingsIndian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), Society of Paediatric Medicines and Healthcare Initiative (PMHI), and Thetabeta Analgorithms Pvt Ltd (TBA).The workshop brought together healthcare professionals, industry experts, regulatory authorities, and device suppliers from India, the UK, Europe, China, Japan, and Nigeria. Speakers shared valuable insights into the specific challenges of delivering oral and respiratory medicines to children in resource-constrained settings, focusing on effective solutions.
4Medical Camp at Swapna Srushti, VikramgadhJain Doctors Federation (JDF) in collaboration with MAD Foundation and Paediatric Medicines and Healthcare InitiativeGeneral Health Checkup was done for around 450 people, over all ages, from kids to senior citizens hailing in Swapna Srushti and Vikramgadh. It addressed immediate medical needs, raised awareness about health and hygiene, and demonstrated the positive impact of such initiatives.
